Shai Fayette, a Brandon Ms. native, is the Manager of Operations at 2B Outdoors. Shai is first a grateful follower of Jesus Christ, a devoted mother to son Jackson, friend, hunter, and hard worker at heart.
Shai’s business background as a Compliance and Fair Lending Analyst has helped serve the business well as they navigate the needs for outfitters, and their hunters, however what Shai loves the most, next to hunting with different people from all walks of life is to inspire and encourage other women to get outdoors and experience the challenges and life lessons hunting provides. Shai believes that with every hunt is a new experience and a lesson to be learned, a new memory and an opportunity to provide and serve her family.
Shai has 30 years of hunting experience. She takes pride to meet the needs of hunters like herself.
